Purpose of Job

Ensure that the company's business processes, and ERP are designed, implemented, and operated efficiently and effectively, to support busines goals and strategies. The role focuses on continuous improvement and alignment between technology, processes, and people, seeking to maximize value and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as J-SOX and IATF 16949. In addition, the position must oversee the effective implementation of changes and improvements, evaluate performance through specific metrics, and ensure process standardization and control in coordination with the various facilities in North America.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Document, design, and optimize business processes: Document, analyze, map, redesign, and optimize business process flows for NSMX, ensuring risk mitigation, best practices, and compliance with the various applicable regulations of the NS group. Collaborates with the QMS team to align processes with IATF 16949 and guides the team in documentation, gap identification, and improvements.

  • System Integration: Ensure the correct integration of different systems and technologies to facilitate the flow of information and the automation of processes. Ensuring that the technology, process and personnel have sufficient capacity to meet the company's requirements.

  • Leadership in Change Management and Strategic Alignment: Leads change management for process improvement at NSMX, involving leaders and departments, ensuring process changes are effective. Coordinates with management and stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage process integration and improvement projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and that they meet established requirements.

  • North American Business Process Standardization and Control: Review and standardize processes aligned with NSNA's strategy, modifying them according to changes in business requirements. Ensure adequate links between companies.

  • J-SOX and Audit Implementation: Manages that the internal processes related to JSOX comply with the requirements of the regulation and NSHQ, part of the activities are "Walkthrough / 3-Set / Evaluation", Internal Control report, "FSCP" Checklist and additional reports that are required during the year.

Education, Experience and Knowledge

Required and/or preferred level of education, knowledge and skills that are necessary.

Education

Industrial Engineering, Finance or Business Degree

Related Experience

  • Effective leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business process development; preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Advanced level of the English language.

  • Experience using PLEX or other ERP systems.

  • Experience using business process management software is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • SOX Experience Desirable Experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance desirable

    Special Training or Competency

Observation, understanding, and execution of applicable company ISO 14001, ISO IATF, ISO 45001. certification standards related to the role and impact on the overall organization.
