SET THE COURSE

The Associate Web Producer assists with producing and maintaining ecommerce content under the guidance of Web Producers and Management. They work with creative, development, merchant and digital marketing teams to help take products, brand content and promotions live with the goal of increasing revenue and optimizing guest experience. This position reports to the Director of eCommerce Production. 

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Assists with all website production functions for ecommerce, retail, restaurant, resort, corporate and brand content.

  • Helps ensure content accuracy and consistency across devices (desktop, tablet and mobile) and geographic regions.

  • Builds, updates, tests, publishes, and maintains site content using CMS tools and HTML.

  • Assists with content development processes including creative project requests, dev project ticketing, content building and quality assurance testing.

  • Assists with product enrichment to ensure the right products appear online at the right time with correct photography, copy and attributes.

  • Assists in management of product and content lifecycles.

  • Works with Web Producers and Director of eCommerce Production to ensure successful product and content publishes.

  • Assists with publish and content calendar management.

  • Creates transparency of projects, processes, timelines, and status for all internal teams through effective communication.

  • Assists with additional website tasks as needed.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • BS/BA or related experience required.

  • 1+ years in a production or project management role for a corporate digital/ecommerce company.

  • Understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of an ecommerce website

  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent prioritization skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Basic HTML knowledge

  • Basic Photoshop knowledge

  • Ability to think quickly and creatively to solve problems.

  • Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Bias for action

  • Demonstrated ability to use good business judgment.

  • Fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $23.94 - 39.91 per hour.
