Associate Director Channel Programs

Overview:

In this role you will generate, manage, train and oversee multiple Value Add Resellers (VARs) and Distribution Partnerships for BlueHalo product lines. This will include daily working level activity with VARs to deliver establish agreements, deliver presentations & product training to establish, maintain and improve paths to market and increase sales activity and market presence for BlueHalo product lines. You will directly management and have oversight of all channel activities, working directly with product and BD sales team to coordinate end customer engagement activity.

You’d like to do this

  • Develop, communicate, and implement a channel marketing and engagement strategy for BlueHalo product lines

  • Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities to generate revenue

  • Develop sufficient channel sales pipeline to scale and grow the product business portfolio

  • Measure and report on effectiveness of sales channel and VAR performance

  • Establish, track, analyze and report on a clear set channel metrics to evaluate future resellers

  • Leads and/or participates in trade shows and conferences and product sales activities.

You’re required to have this

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of channel sales or related experience, including activities to US government and civilian agencies, foreign ministries of defense, in-country value added resellers, and defense companies

  • Prior military, DoD civil service, or defense contracting experience is desirable

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to include ability to conduct formal presentations to prospective customers necessary.
