Job Responsibilities

Position Description Senior Marketing cloud developer. for a global Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, you will conduct requirements and solution concept workshops to understand business needs. You will collaborate with other team members on a fast-paced agile scrum team to propose and deliver the best solution implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality

  • Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals

  • Guide best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation, analytics, and specialized processes (such as IP whitelisting and SSO enablement)

  • Author a detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes

  • Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization

  • Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects

""Required qualifications to be successful in this role ""

  • At least three years' of experience in a business analyst role and five years of Salesforce experience, including one year of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Experience in Salesforce Lead Conversion and experience with various Salesforce modules including Marketing, Community Cloud, Agile Accelerator, and/or Lightning

  • Demonstrate some understanding of VisualForce, HTML, Javascript, and CSS

  • Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and managing small projects

  • Salesforce (SFDC) certification and Salesforce adoption experience are preferred

  • Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)
