Cogent Infotech Accounts Payable Associate in United States
Primary Responsibilities:
Process invoices for inventory expenses.
Support to the MRO custodian for plant operating purchases.
Manage small vendor accounts, as assigned.
Willingness and ability to cross train in other tasks and departments, as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years administrative/accounts payable experience preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work with a variety of different departments
Willingness to cross-train within the department
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
