Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Functional Consultant in Uruguay
Job Description
Provide Post-implementation services to new and existing customers
Orient and guide Customers to the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting leading practices as applied to their business need
Document and analyze any unique business requirements outside of the leading practices
Provide solutions and their validation as part of the client engagement
Configure/customize the NSPB application based on accepted business requirements within the ACS Level of service
Work with customers to remediate highest priority gaps that can be delivered within the desired timeline and according the level of service
Perform offline tasks that are included in the case management and resolution
Attend internal and customer meetings and provide status on progress of activities, deliverables, and quality control
Contribute to internal initiatives and Team Development
Actively participate in initiatives to improve leading practices and internal delivery artifacts
Contribute with the mentoring, onboarding, and expanding knowledge of the members of the team
Participate in SME program / Pods in area(s) of interest and expertise
Focus on Continuing Education
Consistently updates skills/knowledge to enhance the current role via formal Trainings or personal learning sessions
Contribute to internal NSPB knowledge share
Be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgrade
Career Level - IC3
Responsibilities
EPM Solution Consultant with 4+ years of experience in the planning/consolidation streams
Hands on Implementation experience or Support in EPM products
Good project/support experience on EPM Cloud Products- NSPB/EPBCS/PBCS/FCCS/ARCS/TRCS
Demonstrated ability to perform both functional and technical aspects involved with NSPB with emphasis on leading engagements from start to finish.
Regularly exceeds personal utilization targets on a quarterly basis
Exceeds Customer Reference Targets and Customer Satisfaction Survey Score Targets
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high level of customer satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
