Fresenius Medical Care North America Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager in Thailand

This position entails responsibility for the following:

  • To prepare monthly procurement rolling forecast report for components, ANDY, Disc, HD products and send to client.

  • To prepare ANDY, Disc production plan for client.

  • To reconcile stock of inventory.

  • To prepare ANDY, Disc pick up plan.

  • To check quantity and delivery plan to client.

  • To manage and focus on 4PL and 3PL Services.

  • Taking care of transportation, stock control, and warehouse arrangement.

  • Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

  • Coordinating, controlling the order cycle and associated information system.

  • Analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.

  • To allocate and managing staff resources according to changing needs.

  • Contact and negotiate with customers and suppliers.

  • Developing business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

  • To approve delivery notes, TDO, and demonstration machine.

  • To approve OT, Petty Cash, Incentives and expense of Warehouse and Logistic Department.

  • To do other related jobs as assigned by General Manager.

Formal Education & Certification

  • A Thai national

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

  • Proven working experience as a logistics manager for 3-5 years.

  • Healthcare or a related industry experience a plus.

  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management.

  • Mature, well organized, self-motivated, proactive and responsive to business needs, capable to work under pressure, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written Thai and English

Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong experience in importation and logistics management, supply planning, inventory management is a must.

  • Proficient in standard logistics software

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

  • Experience in SAP MM & APO or corresponding ERP is a plus

Skills and Abilities

  • Warehouse management relevant experience in either inhouse or third-party service provider is an advantage.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
