IHG Assistant F&B Marketing Manager (Thai Nationality) in Thailand

About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Assistant F&B Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness for all our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Manage and optimize online presence across various platforms, including website, social media, and online travel agencies.

Collaborate with internal teams (Culinary, Sales & Marketing) to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.

Prepare and manage F&B marketing budget effectively.

Analyze marketing performance and generate reports to measure success.

Assist with the development and implementation of F&B brand identity and messaging.

Contribute to the overall success of the F&B department by exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Experience with hospitality software and marketing automation tools preferred.
