Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • ODT data project manager responsible for releasing product data end to end to make products configurable, quotable and orderable

  • Stakeholder in several Offering Delivery Teams (ODT), actively attending weekly ODT meetings

  • Document and communicate the product scope to execution teams and get alignment on data support in order to enable Lenovo products in Sales and Manufacturing configurators

  • Develop, manage and track the data schedule and tailor the schedule to specific project requirements

  • Engage with Development and manage HW (Server, Storage), SW and Services requirements for Sales configurator enablement

  • Coordinate all product data and change management of data requirements for projects releasing HW and SW offerings

  • Recommend and manage Product and Offering Hierarchy, used for configurator product placement and revenue tracking

  • Manage Software portfolio and enable Configurator support for software and services

  • Manage end-to-end product data readiness for launch in critical sales tools

  • Support defect management

Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years experience in project management, preferably working with Server products and infrastructure solutions

  • Active PMP or similar certification preferred

  • Capability of understanding complex end-to-end process

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), Issue solving and Time management skills

  • Proven track record of previous experience with Schedule Management, Data structure, systems and tools and working in a cross-functional, global environment

  • Dynamic, reliable and self-managed person able to think outside the box, with a focus on knowledge and business ownership

Base gross monthly salary from 1800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
