Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated Billing and Cost Analyst to manage the end-to-end cash credit validation process, ensuring accurate billing and resolving vendor disputes to drive cost reduction and improve service delivery efficiency.

You will own the end-to-end cash credit validation process, working with internal teams (reverse hub team) to ensure they provide all the necessary documentation for billings and exceptions from related vendors. You will identify transactions that are incorrect or need further details and work with the reverse hub team to resolve any disputes.

You will play an integral role in identifying and driving cost reduction opportunities for improved Service Delivery efficiency while improving customer satisfaction.

You will need to develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end service delivery process and lean heavily on the knowledge gained through billing validation - recognizing the activities that result in the highest charges and suggesting actions to improve.

You will work with the other geography teams to share best practices and apply them to local markets. You will provide monthly reviews to executive management and report the results against pre-established targets.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in financial or cost analysis or services operations, preferably at a tech company

  • Experience managing vendors

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way to upper management.

  • Strong data mining and data visualization skills

  • Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Advanced excel skills and SAP reporting skills preferred.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

What Lenovo can offer you:

  • 3 sick days per year

  • Additional vacation days

  • 100% sick leave compensation up to 2 months per year

  • a broad selection of soft and hard skills trainings and individual mentoring

  • 1:1 contribution to the Third Pillar Pension System

  • Life & Accident & Disability Insurance fully covered by Lenovo

  • Referral Program

  • Hybrid office model

Organizationally, you will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) supporting ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group). ISG is a smart infrastructure solutions provider of servers, storage and software to organizations of all sizes.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
