Your Day-to-Day as a Technician:
Financial Returns
- Keep inventory on-track and within the shared budget
People
Take instruction and reports to Engineering Supervisor
In absents of Engineering supervisor, reports to Engineering Manager
Responsible to manage day-to-day job assignments
Guest Experience
Understand the S.O.P of the Engineering department to support the operation
Follows IHG brand standards to ensure building condition
Responsible Business
Run day-to-day operation
Complete assigned tasks by supervisor and manage
Complete and report on any assigned projects and tasks to supervisor or Engineering Manager
Plan and carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
Implement preventative maintenance procedures
Maintain mechanical and electrical systems to guarantee functionality
Execute planned and scheduled tasks
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
Performing general maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry
Perform and supervise the preventive maintenance for the guest rooms
Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies
Ensure the building condition is in good state and follows the Brand Standard
Attend to guest room and public area defect requests
Performs other related duties as assigned
What we need from you
Minimum high school or secondary education
Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
A positive and keen to learn attitude
