Facebook is seeking an experienced account manager/sales professional to join its growing Adtech team in APAC, supporting the Greater China region.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the publisher adoption of the Audience Network for mobile app developers. The product suite provides real-time advertising technologies for publishers including yield optimization for mobile Apps.The Strategic Partner Manager will work closely with the cross functional team in APAC including Solutions Architect team, Gaming Platform Partnership team, local Facebook teams in GCR and various other cross-functional teams in HQ.This role will be based out of Facebook's offices in Singapore.
Manage the entire new business sales cycle including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier publishers in region, educating them on the overall Facebook Publisher Solution value proposition of Audience Network, negotiating terms, closing contracts and helping onboard the customer.
Work with other members of the Audience Network and the leadership team to drive the long-term business plan for their area of responsibility.
Lead and support revenue and strategic account planning for the current customer base. Develop and execute on customer success plans and create the conditions for adoption and growth.
Oversee day-to-day operations with assigned accounts with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience.
Provide local thought leadership in the region and represent Facebook at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums.
Represent and convey the Facebook Audience Network's value proposition to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth.
Engage regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction.
Act in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed their business growth goals
Bring publisher feedback from the field back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development.
Maintain a deep understanding of Facebook’s Audience Network products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.
Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Deep understanding of the GCR mobile app developer ecosystem and competitive monetization solutions.
Relationships with the mobile ecosystem, ideally with top 100 app developers and publishers in the GCR region.
5+ years of overall business experience across sales, business development, product marketing in the mobile eco-system.
3+ years’ experience with Ad tech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, In-app measurement platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, Video CMSs.
Deep understanding of the mobile and online advertising markets, open to learn new tech, new products, innovative idea.
Proactively collect the market feedback, competitors' or industry dynamics.
Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
Ability to work in a very high growth and cross functional environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English as this role requires interacting with clients that speak Mandarin
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of time.
