Dell Technologies Services CoC, Field Marketing Intern in Singapore

Join us as a Services CoC, Field Marketing Intern on our Graduate Intern team in Singapore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As a Graduate Undergraduate, you will gather feedback on key marketing programs, processes and systems through multiple channels, including stakeholder interaction, and communicates to appropriate marketing and business leaders.

You will Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize organizational productivity and ensures that sales and marketing teams understand and can fully utilize tools to enhance sales and marketing activities.

You will:

  • Understands and applies marketing and digitalization principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards.

  • Existing fundamental knowledge of IT industry and ability to continually deepen knowledge of IT Services portfolio and IT market trends.

  • Builds deeper understanding of marketing processes, procedures and systems/ Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency.

  • Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information / Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.

  • Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations to implement required changes.

Essential Requirements

• Ongoing undergraduate course work

• Productivity and excellent communications skills  

• Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day to day activities  

• Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements

· Foundational level of IT knowledge and IT market. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT

· Experience and/or knowledge of driving change via digitalization, including assessing processes, roles and/or value-producing opportunities.
