Emerson Service Coordinator and Engineer in Singapore
Job Summary
If you are an Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you! This role will be responsible for providing support and service to our customers, focusing on Emerson Marine products.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Focus on customer support – Service / Solving Emerson Marine product range
Lead order-to-delivery process, coordinating service requirements with relevant customers.
Perform customer site service activities involving commissioning and maintenance.
Provide first line of technical support to existing and new client by email and phone.
Responsible in handling warranty claims process for new equipment and spare parts
Maintain warranty records database.
Handle pre and post administrative work.
Any other related administrative duties as assigned by manager.
Who You Are:

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You model collaboration across the organization. You observe situational and group dynamics and selects best-fit approach.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the marine industry.
Good analytical & solving skills coupled with minimum sales or marketing skills.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, especially influencing skills.
Great teammate & willing to deal with customer.
Strong planning and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or any related field
Familiarity with marine environment will be an advantage.
