Position Title: Field Service Technician
Position Location: Singapore
Job Purpose
- Support revenue targets and contribute to the achievement of company’s business goals by support customer technical support requirements. Key supporting role in technical support including pre and post installation, assist in project management for related mechanical and electronic hardware projects.
Key Accountabilities
Provide technical support to customers/projects and resolve issues in timely manner.
Attending service calls during and after office hours.
Assist in project management to coordinate different stakeholders, problems solving and ensure successful completion with achieving targets of time, quality, and cost.
Maintain collaborative relationships with distributors, developers, construction companies and security consultants.
Assist management with tasks as and when required.
Job Specification
Job Knowledge / Technical Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience.
Minimum 2 years work experience in building materials/products industry or related products requiring field support within construction industry or building (commercial/residential) operations and/or maintenance.
Higher Nitec/Nitec in mechanical/electronic engineering or other suitable technical discipline.
Accurate data entry and organization skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and keen to learn additional work-related computer applications.
Proficient in Auto CAD software applications is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Possesses valid Singapore driver’s license.
