Oracle Consulting Project Manager in Singapore

Job Description

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability.

Strong program/project management resource with experience in implementing compliance solutions such as OFSAA applications for Financial Institutions. Engage with executive leadership to manage the client expectations and ensure all project issues/risks are effectively managed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.

Project Management experience in implementing Banking, Insurance, and /or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions and work closely with subject matter experts and other project team members to successfully manage the deployment of OFSAA products. Domain knowledge one or more Financial Crime and compliance products viz, Anti Money laundering (AML), KYC, Compliance regulatory Reporting & Analytics etc.

Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies. Should have SDLC, Agile concepts and also cloud based implementation project management experience is required.
