Liberty Latin America Senior Product Analyst - Hospitality & Voice Solutions in Panama

What's The Role

As a Senior Specialist in Product Management for Hospitality Voice Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and management of hospitality-focused products within our organization. Collaborating closely with the LLA CVP teams and the Markets, you will lead product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the lifecycle of different products and voice solutions tailored specifically for the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The Senior Specialist will also lead the strategic development of B2B voice products within T&I, with a primary emphasis on centralized platforms to serve all the region. Your role will involve orchestrating the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that each phase is meticulously executed to uphold the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs in hospitality. Develop a clear product strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Define and prioritize product needs based on research, feedback, and objectives. Ensure cross-functional alignment for initiatives.

  • Create and refine a comprehensive product roadmap for Hospitality program for the next 3 -5 Years to guide development based on market dynamics and business priorities.

  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to support product development. Negotiate contracts for favorable terms.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. Incorporate customer, market, and CVP input. Identify opportunities for enhancement and phase out obsolete products and pursue to maintain the products active and having a good performance.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success. Monitor sales funnel metrics for continuous improvement.

  • Take ownership of product-related financials. Develop and manage budgets for development and operations.

  • Develop a comprehensive playbook outlining product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation. Equip sales and marketing teams with necessary resources.

  • Establish and maintain quality management processes to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop preliminary business cases for new initiatives. Evaluate financial viability and strategic alignment.

  • Identify and replicate successful practices across LLA's companies. Foster collaboration for innovation and excellence.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Provide expertise and support to drive customer engagement.

  • Lead commercial strategy and activities for hospitality solutions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop value propositions and pricing strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target segments and customer needs. Gather insights to enhance customer experience through tailored solutions.

What Do You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • University Degree preferable in Telecom or Industrial engineer.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

  • Previous experience with voice products.

  • Previous experience in B2B.

  • Strong industry experience with a background in product development, especially telecommunications and software.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong background in project management. Certification preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of product testing and quality best practices.

  • Comfort working in a distributed matrix and across diverse geographies and markets.

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment.

Specific Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the hospitality industry or Voice industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing hospitality-focused products from concept to commercialization.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong planning, reporting, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in customer insights and research.

  • Ability to drive improvement programs across diverse and complex environments.
