Liberty Latin America Graduate Program LLA - People & Communications Track in Panama

We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate talents to take our company forward. Liberty Latin America Graduate Program is a management development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one.

What does the job entail?

In the Graduate Program LLA, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of business projects and have plenty of opportunities to interact with top management for two years. The program consists of two stages.

  • First Year: Local Strategic Projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, T&I)

  • Second Year: Regional Projects This will be fast-paced and demanding, but we will also provide the right support and guidance during the journey.

As a Graduate in the People & Comms track, you can be assigned to projects in the different areas of function: People Operations, People Business partnership, Centers of Expertise such as Talent, Learning & Development and Corporate Communications. Part of your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Understand the people's operations processes, including People Services, manage tickets and solve problems

  • Be involved with the implementation of the central people platform (People Resource Center)

  • Manage special projects in the Centers of Expertise, understanding and analyzing talent and engagement data to propose ideas or new initiatives to increase engagement and development.

  • Support the creation of the different communication plans directed to our employees

What you'll require is:

  • You recently received your bachelor’s degree. Your degree will most likely be in business administration, marketing, International Relations, but we will also look at other disciplines.

  • You have completed a maximum of two years in a professional setting, such as an internship, apprenticeship, or work experience, or you have recently started your job and are looking for a way to advance your career and be challenged.

  • You speak English and Spanish fluently.

  • You're a team player who enjoys challenges and has excellent communication skills. You're also a quick learner.
