Position Overview and Responsibilities

Responsible for the sourcing and logistics of Education Seminars for all brands in assigned region.

  • Seminar Sourcing.

  • Initiates property search.

  • Monitor property responses, secures available property on time and within brand guidelines, prepare availability grid and present to brands for property selection.

  • Negotiate contract T&Cs and concessions following brand guidelines.

  • Manage contract process to produce fully executed contract and supporting documentation.

  • Create and update budgetary information throughout planning process and execution of meeting.

  • Reconcile all event charges to ensure accuracy and provide expense documentation to brands on time.

  • Consistent use of all mandatory templates.

  • Firsthand experience of US and Canada travel and meetings strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • College Degree

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years

  • Proficient English (native or near-native)

  • Travel Time: 5%
