Liberty Latin America Digital Marketing Analyst in Panama

What's The Role

Reporting to the Analytics and Insights Sr Manager, you’ll be a part of the team that supports all Paid Media campaigns in Liberty Latin America. You’ll collaborate regularly with paid media channel leads (Social, SEM, etc) and interlock with other internal teams to help them gather the data they need, create sales projections, and understand the impact of different initiatives to help drive our marketing strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Being the data expert of media platforms and Google Analytics, conducting campaign analysis across various channels and providing insights.

  • Analyse patterns, trends, and metrics to identify new opportunities for growth. This would include ecommerce performance, media opportunity analysis, etc.

  • Work with demand planning to create online sales projections on a monthly and daily basis to ensure operational excellence of critical funnel processes.

  • Collaborate with the dedicated marketing channel leads on all things data & insight, including recurring report creation, PowerPoint slides, etc.

  • Generate data based analysis to generate improvement opportunities and identify root causes for budget deviations.

  • Audit performance in all markets for all lines of the digital performance framework.

  • Cross information from online shopping behaviour and product acquisition in other channels to understand ecommerce performance and impact in product mix sold.

  • Turn raw data into meaningful marketing and business insights.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data science.

What Do You Need

Preferred education/ qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Specific Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics or performance marketing with experience in PPC and or Social a plus

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, Facebook platform, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).

  • Microsoft Excel expert. Interest or be familiar in Python/R/SQL is beneficial to build models to inform company decisions.

  • Econometric modelling is preferred but not essential.

  • Developing hypotheses for testing prioritization based on findings

  • Passion for visualising data in a meaningful and actionable way, pioneering new techniques.

  • You are a digital analyst who loves marketing, or a marketing/customer analyst who loves digital.ón

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent numeracy, data handling and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated effectiveness at working in a cross-functional, matrix organization to project manage and deliver results.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously for different teams targeting different audiences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Spanish, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.

  • Proven ability to operate flexibility in complex and dynamic working environment.

  • Team player with the ability and desire to work out problems when they occur.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills – experience with reporting and data analysis.
