Liberty Latin America Associate Analyst, Financial Systems Support in Panama
What´s the Role?
The Financial Systems Support Associate Analyst will be responsible for supporting and administering Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Financial (HFM) and other financial systems / projects as time permits. Anaplan is a budgeting, planning, reporting and analysis software tool used for modeling Gross Margin, CAPEX, Liquidity and Staff Costs at Liberty Latin America (LLA). HFM is a financial consolidation, reporting and analysis software tool used for external and internal reporting at LLA. Externally, HFM is used to produce LLA’s 10-Qs and 10-K (SEC reporting), earnings releases and bond reports. Internally, HFM is used to consolidate budget and forecast data produced in Anaplan and other key financial data/reports that are provided to senior management.
How you will add value?
Address and resolve Anaplan and HFM user incidents / questions in a timely fashion.
Work on further developments of the Anaplan tool across multiple markets and functional areas.
Build and deploy Anaplan and HFM change requests to the Production environment.
Administer Anaplan and HFM user security.
Assist in development and support of Anaplan and HFM data templates and reports.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
Collaborate with Anaplan and HFM user community to enhance Anaplan and HFM to meet external and internal reporting requirements.
Develop and deliver training to Anaplan and HFM user community.
Provide extended support to the Anaplan and HFM user community during key reporting periods.
Participate in other financial systems related projects as time permits.
What do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems or equivalent applicable experience.
0-3 years’ practical work experience with Anaplan or HFM preferred.
Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency is required. This includes strong verbal and written communication skills.
