Epredia Service Support Representative - Benelux in Breda, Netherlands

How you will make an impact?The position will share best practice and contribute to the overall levels of customer satisfaction exceeding customer expectations every time. Operating within the service team and assisting with all Service activities and other tasks/ responsibilities as assigned from time to time. In this service administration role, you will play a major role in delivering our mission, to improve lives by enhancing cancer diagnostics.

What you will do?• Receive, log, and process customer requests by phone or email• Coordinate team support to customer• Dispatch technical interventions to field service engineers• Monitor team support to customer until all requests are satisfied• Process documentation of service intervention• Invoice service activities• Submit sales leads in CRM system• Help answering requests for tenders• Process and promote service contracts sales• Provide administrative support to the field service team• Generate metrics/reports as requested• Participate in planning of periodical physical stock counts• Other duties as assignedMinimum Skills and Experience requiredo Good computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, word and excel)o Strong communication skills (written and verbal at all levels)o Must be fluent in Dutch and French (native or near native) language.o Passionate and committed to customer serviceo Ability to multitask and work independentlyo Work efficiently under pressureo SAP experience helpful but not essential as training will be providedo Work experience in an administrative position (preferentially in a customer service team) helpful

Desirable• Experience in a B2B Customer Service environment• Knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably – SAP, Service Max)
