Intel Employee and Labor Relations Manager in Malaysia
Job Description
Consults and collaborates with HR Business Partners, Legal, Internal Audit, Security, Government Affairs and others on complex employee and labor relations issues and investigations.
Partnering with ELL, develops proactive labor relations strategy and maintain positive labor relations with local labor authorities, workers councils, Intel labor unions and employee representative bodies.
Monitors caseload and investigation quality and analyzes trends and serves as primary escalation point on HR investigations.
Partners with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement consistent framework for proactively anticipating,
improving and resolving employee and labor relations matters across all levels of the organization.
Influence company policies and practices to ensure the company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee and labor relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee concerns.
Leads organizational initiatives on compliance and employment topics, including key worldwide employee relations tools, policies and templates.
Uses available data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations in the business.
Responsible for enabling direct and matrixed teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Manages complex Employee Relations investigations.

Working Model
