Overview

Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations.

This role will drive business development of Services products and services across customers in Singapore, particularly for new logos

Role

  • Services products / services to cover advanced analytics, digital strategy, prototyping, loyalty, marketing services, bespoke consulting

  • Deliver against sales targets for new accounts and/or contribute to Mastercard Worldwide deal bids

  • Capture senior and mid-level clients’ implicit business needs in addition to articulated requests, and identify most critical aspects of the problem

  • Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large/complex projects or ill-defined problems

  • Contribute to formal and informal pitches, from “storyboarding” through face-to-face presentation

  • Create succinct, persuasive written materials tailored to the “level” of the audience

  • Contribute to project delivery, quickly identifying shortcomings in projects and take remedial action

All About you

  • Subject matter expert in cobrand and payments

  • Sales and account management experience in professional services or SaaS

  • Experience working with teams across multiple engagements and with third parties

  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership

  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and - scoping new opportunities

  • Ability to provide perspective on payments industry and marketplace

  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
