Oracle Program Manager, Cloud Support in Mexico

Job Description

Work directly with OCI's Cloud Support Delivery leadership team on projects and programs to improve the Customer and Support Experience.

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to perform needs assessments, understand use cases, and document requirements.

  • Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, and manage schedule and resources for complex initiatives, prioritizing based on business needs as the business evolves.

  • Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies, driving technical and functional teams to effectively complete critical actions.

  • Maintain a high level of organization and planning while communicating with stakeholders to balance timelines and quality standards.

  • Independently identify risks, manage corrective action plans when deviations or exceptions arise and escalate / communicate project health to senior leadership without ego.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and process runbooks.

  • Actively partner with product engineering teams to ensure appropriate processes and templates are utilized for project and program success.

  • Look for process definition and improvement opportunities, advocating for consistency and transparency, and contributing to their improvement.

  • Serve as an operations ambassador with a willingness to help product engineering teams navigate multiple workflows meant to reduce risk for customers.

  • Communicate updates and justification for changes to requirements and processes that impact product engineering teams, understanding their operational burden.
