Hyatt Storeroom Attendant (Seasonal) in Saint Kitts and Nevis
Description:
The Storeroom Attendant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to logging, releasing and inventorying items in the storeroom area. This person must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a moderate weight, have good communication skills, and comfortable working on a team and independently.
The right candidate for this position will be organized, detail oriented, possess strong systems knowledge and feel comfortable interacting with hotels leaders and outside vendors on a regular basis.
Responsibilities will include:
· Logging, releasing and inventorying items in the storeroom area.
· Issuing, delivering, and transferring supplies to different departments.
· Maintaining records of inventory.
· Conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies.
· Keeping the storeroom organized, clean, and safe.
Qualifications:
Previous hotel purchasing experience preferred.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight (50lbs minimum).
