Emerson Inside Sales, AP Special in Japan

Job Description

In response to the vacancy in inside sales of inter-company order section, so urgent hiring is essential, and we would like to hire new employee to fill this position.

In order to increase order amount and respond to the wide variety of customer requests required for inter-company orders, we would like to request immediate hiring of personnel.

In this Role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Responds to requests for quotations from Inter-company.

  • Release of the received Inter-co orders to Sakura production/ operation sections. (Prepare internal requisition sheets)

  • Execution and control for Project order.

  • Coordination with operation sections for delivery date request and various requests from Inter-company.

  • When the witness inspection is required for the product order, need to arrange between 3 rd . party inspection company and operation section.

  • After receiving an order, we perform meeting with related departments in factory in order to ensure smooth execution. (Meetings are held once a week)

  • Respond to customer complaints regarding Inter-co after shipment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Good understanding of Fisher control valve products.

  • Knowledgeable about the process control industry.

  • English skill (need to tele conversation with overseas

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • TOEIC Score

  • Interested in Japan and able to read, write and speak Japanese is much better.

  • Sales experience in the control valve industry is a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience in export operations and export packaging (trade operations) is much better (but not necessarily)
