IHG F&B Marketing Executive in Japan

This position is As;

A main responsibility is to support, assisting in F&B sales manager and Marketing manager to achieve the goal. A F&B Marketing Executive works closely with F&B team and Marketing manager, undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company Also, to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our F&B products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive F&B marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional F&B events

  • Conduct F&B market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control F&B surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Responsible for F&B PR to enhance awareness.

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of F&B campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Collaborate with Marketing manager and F&B Sales in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Required Skills

  • Good communication, writing and organizing skills.

  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required

  • Creativity and commercial awareness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry is a strong advantage.
