Oracle Systems Analyst 2-IT in India
Job Description
As a System Analyst2 will be responsible for supporting Cerner Health Care Client’s IT Infrastructure involving management of - Server Security Patching Solutions, Antivirus Solutions, Backup-Recovery Solutions, knowledge in vulnerabilities management and will be expected to deliver Systems Management Support through 24X7 On-Call duties & work shifts that provide coverage to all the US time zones.
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability.
Implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.
Mitigate the patch vulnerabilities on hosted clients.
Complete assigned incident management tasks.
Manage changes and project activities and communicate with impacted stakeholders.
Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize daily activities.
Perform daily checks and issue remediation across Servers, Patching, Backups & Antivirus service lines.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
Participate in client meetings call regularly to support the activities.
