Oracle Systems Analyst 2-IT in India

Job Description

As a System Analyst2 will be responsible for supporting Cerner Health Care Client’s IT Infrastructure involving management of - Server Security Patching Solutions, Antivirus Solutions, Backup-Recovery Solutions, knowledge in vulnerabilities management and will be expected to deliver Systems Management Support through 24X7 On-Call duties & work shifts that provide coverage to all the US time zones.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability.

  • Implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.

  • Mitigate the patch vulnerabilities on hosted clients.

  • Complete assigned incident management tasks.

  • Manage changes and project activities and communicate with impacted stakeholders.

  • Develop and deploy automation tools to optimize daily activities.

  • Perform daily checks and issue remediation across Servers, Patching, Backups & Antivirus service lines.

  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.

  • Participate in client meetings call regularly to support the activities.
