  • Responsibilities : Electrical :

  • To have a understanding of 11 kv switchyard//substation comprising of VCB Transformers, DG set 750 KVA , ACB & electrical panels control systems.

  • To have a understanding of Motor control centres, variable frequency drives, UPS & control function.

  • Preventive & breakdown maintenance knowledge of electrical systems, Production equipment like fermenters, continuous centrifuge, Homozinigers, CIP systems.

  • Measures voltage, current and resistance in an electrical circuit to verify system operation and power levels. Selects, installs, and tests fuses and circuit breakers .Installs and tests DC electric motors in a manual control circuit. Installs and tests AC electric motors in a manual control

  • Monitors, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs electronic and process control systems.

  • Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills., Problem-solving ability Instrumentation :

  • To have worked in cGMP environment of manufacturing site & having knowledge of regulatory guidelines .

  • To have knowledge of ,PLC/SCADA based control system , logic interpretation & trouble shooting . Well versed with P&ID, Control logics, read & understand the logic diagrams.

  • Operational & maintenance knowledge of Steam sterilisers, Dry heat sterilisers,

  • Monitors, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs electronic and process control systems.

  • The knowledge of instrumental & calibration systems , Validation of thermal equipments, , documents preparation for qualification & periodic verification

  • The varying nature of the job calls for a person who is effective in a wide range of situations.

  • He ensures that new ideas are put into practice and organizes for the improvement of production equipment to increase their efficiency.
