Cargill Regional Diversity and Talent Sourcing Lead in India

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Regional Diversity and Talent Sourcing Lead will develop and execute strategies for diversity and sourcing programs and processes to attract talent across multiple regional businesses and functions in APAC. You will lead the diversity and sourcing team in APAC, in collaboration with businesses to define talent needs, gather and apply industry and market trends, perform proactive candidate sourcing and recruit passive candidates for hard-to-fill, critical need positions within the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop a diversity and sourcing strategy in collaboration and alignment with the Talent Center of Excellence, Global Inclusion and Diversity and corporate strategy to establish priorities and innovative approaches and resources to support the strategic future business needs and metrics.

Develop diversity and sourcing best practices and recruitment channels, foster idea generation, monitor and advise on market conditions and research and develop new sourcing and recruiting techniques and resources.

Lead the regional talent acquisition approach to sourcing tools including training and capability building for the team.

Partner with businesses to develop the diversity and sourcing strategy for key talent segments of their business strategy and develop solutions and facilitate execution within the Talent Acquisition team.

Work directly with the business line or enterprise to consult and develop proactive strategies and lead growth and transformation projects to achieve talent fulfillment goals.

Identify and engage with relevant associations and professional networks.

Incorporate social media and branding strategies to enable a strong employment brand and enhance candidate attraction.

Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Confirmed ability to develop and effectively implement regional and local recruitment and sourcing strategies to identify and confirm broad, diverse talent pools

Minimum ten years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three years of supervisory experience

PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES

Ability to build effective partnerships and communicate effectively across all business levels

Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

Ability to analyze data and storytelling skills
