Oracle Principal Software Developer in India

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with 8+ years of IT experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance user interfaces for web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Candidate will work closely with UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive, user-friendly web interfaces.

Candidate will also integrate with back-end systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Experience with version control systems like Git and build tools such as Jenkins, or familiarity with similar tools, is essential. Candidate will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, optimize performance, and contribute to unit and integration testing.

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment

Skill Set:

  • Hands-on experience with JET, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, AngularJS, and related UI technologies.

  • At least 5 years of experience in developing UI-based applications.

  • Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus

  • Experience in the banking domain is advantageous.

  • Ability to quickly assimilate new tools, technologies, and methodologies as project requirements evolve.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver large-scale projects on time, ensuring high quality and meeting client requirements.

  • Design, develop, and implement projects using best practices and technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and other development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • UI development of the application using technologies such as JET, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS.

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to development standards.

  • Contribute actively to technical design discussions, providing input to ensure optimal design and implementation strategies.

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, including Oracle technologies, and incorporate relevant tools and practices into the product suite.

  • Ensure adherence to established development methodologies and technical processes to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
