Partner Account Manager -Mumbai

To maintain leading position and leading profitability in PCs, Expand beyond PCs, Smartphones, tablets, etc., Embedded computing & IoT, Scenario-based solutions: smart home/smart collaboration/smart office.
Responsibilities
Work with Product & Marketing Managers to:
To create annual and quarterly business plans that meet or beat revenue and profit objectives for Autonomous customer business
Define a market strategy and related programs to ensure proper market and customer coverage, Work with all sub-segments to drive one Lenovo Channel motion in the market/customer place.
Drive customer demand-generation activities in a timely manner with the channel partners to increase the funnel. Identify business issues before they occur and execute mitigation plans
Ensure interaction and do regular MBR & QBR to plan business and take feedback from T2 Partners
Compare with trends in the local marketplace for workloads and seasonal demand changes
Experience & Qualification
Full time Graduation / Engineering + MBA (preferred)
8+ years of experience in IT Hardware sales.
Ability to drive sales through customers and channel partners, Familiarity with driving sales through Value motion, Able to translate strategic objectives into business plan
