Comscore Panel Support Analyst in India

Job Title : Panel Support Analyst

Location : Pune, India

About This Role :

Comscore is looking for a new Panel Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing support to Comscore's worldwide research panels. This role will be critical in ensuring a positive experience for our panelists, from initial communication to overall member experience, resulting in improved retention of our existing members.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide written customer support for our panelists

  • Handles communication to panelists through Dynamics 365, as well non-traditional channels (e.g. such as LiveChat, app store reviews)

  • Assist with content input for our support templates

  • Collaborate and work well with a variety of cross functional teams internally, including Technology, Legal, and QA, along with our external tier 1 support and incentive vendors.

  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the company software and external software used by the department

What You’ll Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1 to 3 years in a customer centric role

  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to establish rapport via e-mail

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 a plus)

Shift timing:

The regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India – typically 2:30pm-11pm IST. Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world. Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time hours (IST -9:30) may be required.

  • “Summer Hours” are offered from March to May: Comscore offers employees the flexibility to work more hours from Monday to Thursday, and the hours can be offset on Friday from 2:00pm onwards;
