Oracle Inside Sales Representative (Oracle Hospitality) in India

Job Description

Selected candidate will be responsible for attaining a revenue goal within an assigned territory. The individual will also identify opportunities for Oracle’s Hospitality solutions at new and existing hospitality partners/ Hotels where Oracle is currently in place, as well as opening the door with new customers in the territory.

Detailed Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on sale the of Oracle Hospitality Products in the Indian market. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing net new business along with managing upsell for existing customers in the hospitality domain. The job responsibilities include:

  • Selling Oracle Hospitality solutions for hotel/ Restaurants/ Casino /cruise use to prospective accounts.

  • Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and prospecting to Oracle Hospitality solutions value presentation until final deal closure.

  • Accurate forecasting of stages and sizing of deals.

  • Selling to key contacts within the customer organization from technical contacts up to the economic decision-makers.

  • Leveraging all other stakeholders within Oracle who can influence the buying decision.

  • Developing solutions for customer problems within Oracle’s processes and policies and getting approval for these.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of work experience in the hospitality domain and having good experience in customer engagement.

  • Selling software licenses in the hospitality domain or other similar industries.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to penetrate the account and build relationships with and sell to C levels.

  • Understanding of software used in Hospitality sectors (Hotel Solutions, POS Systems, Cruise Solutions, Hotel booking systems, Property Management systems, Loyalty and marketing programs etc.)

  • Experience in handling software license compliance is a bonus.

  • A proven track record of sales and customer management is required.

  • Hunter spirit, highly motivated self-starter, and problem-solver.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
