Job Summary

• We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to key need is to work with various business units to understand their challenges in manufacturing analytics, Revenue Forecasting, Predictive Maintenance, Spend Analytics, Customer service etc. and collect available data points to prepare analytics model and insights which would help business to take decisions. This position will be full-time and Hybrid.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate expertise in natural language processing (NLP), text analytics, and generative AI by utilizing advanced AI/ML algorithms.

  • Use pretrained models from Hugging Face and fine-tune large language models (LLM).

  • Apply deep learning techniques for text analytics, including transformers, neural network architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.

  • Leverage generative AI frameworks and tools such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, and agentic methodologies like CREWAI and Auto Gen.

  • Apply data mining methods and statistical analysis to construct predictive systems aimed at improving customer experiences, revenue generation, cost reduction, and transportation optimization.

  • Develop and implement forecasting techniques, regression models, and text analytics solutions.

  • Utilize data science toolkits, including AWS, Azure ML, TensorFlow, Keras, NumPy, Sci-Kit Learn, Flask, Pandas, and Py Caret. Create visualizations using tools such as ggplot, matplotlib, Tableau, and PowerBI.

  • Use query languages like SQL and work with data lakes, data factories, and Kubernetes.

  • Develop and deploy models in Azure and AWS, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.

  • Present data-driven insights to management effectively.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Expertise in Statistical model building and Machine Learning.

  • Good knowledge on Data extraction, Data Cleansing, Data preparation, Model Development, and deployment for models.

  • Mine and analyze data from on-prim/cloud database to drive optimization and process improvement.

  • Good understanding of Model development, CI/CD, Docker etc.

  • Proficient in Statistical tools like Python, Azure Machine Learning, Auto ML tools.

  • End to End analytical project implementation on Azure /AWS.

  • Accountability and work with minimum supervision.

  • High work quality and innovative thinking.

  • Knowledge of new tool/techniques in Analytical field.

Preferred:

  • 4-6 Years’ experience Model Development and Deployment.

  • Python, Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker.

  • Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) or B.Tech /B.E.

  • Prior experience with EMEA business.

  • Must be willing to work on Flexible shifts.

  • Experience in working with Team Collaboration & Cloud tools.

  • Algorithm building and deployment using Azure/AWS platform.

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
