• Achieve sales targets for assigned products in designated territories and hospitals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Support and drive the sales team in achieving targets through coaching and guidance.
• Assist in developing and implementing partnership projects with external customers.
• Manage customer and commercial activities related to brands.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies / plans for the assigned franchises
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with brand strategy and customer insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, analyze market potential, and make recommendations to management.
• Support the development and execution of marketing & promotional campaigns & activities.
• Champions successful launch of new products & optimizes the synergy with existing products
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Unit Manager of Neuroscience.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in Psychiatry/Neuroscience.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, with a good command of both spoken and written English.
