Oracle Senior Banking ORMB Consulting Sales Representative – Financial Services in United Kingdom

Job Description

The position is within the Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU). The Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit was formed in 2007. Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) for Financial Services enhances the efficiency of the billing process, the solution offers a robust platform for calculating revenue and creating invoices for fee based services. The solution can optimize favourable customer pricing with what-if analysis for negotiating rates, which includes a billing calculation engine that generates information from processing systems like Automated Clearing house (ACH) and other modes of payment systems. The tool applies pricing methods and rules to create customer invoices as well as the associated financial transactions for your general ledger. It provides open interfaces for accepting payment transactions from customers to create and inquire upon current customer balances. It supports flexible configuration of customer and product hierarchies to allow you to create invoices in accordance with your contract and pricing agreements.

Responsibilities

The Sales representative for Europe

  • Account and Relationship Management:

  • Lead engagement for Tier 1 & 2 accounts in Europe

  • Build deep, active relationships with C-level executives.

  • Build relationships and collaboration models with license sales and presales teams, Key Account Director and other local Oracle LOBs

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with license sales and pre-sales teams to close ORMB consulting services sales for new accounts.

  • Expand business within existing accounts to generate additional revenue streams.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities (hunter role)

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

  • Build ORMB account plan and coverage model

  • Achieve or exceed booking targets set for ORMB consulting services.

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

  • Generating an annual revenue stream for consulting services

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with cross-line-of-business (X-LOB) teams to address specific client needs and opportunities.

  • Work directly with management to secure necessary corporate support and commitment.

  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including license sales, pre-sales teams, Key Account Directors, and other Oracle lines of business.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 10-12 Experience in selling enterprise software services

  • Experience in Banking & Financial Services industry

  • Proven track record in proactive business development or sales roles.

  • Should be able to travel 70-80% of time

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to work with large cross pillar teams

  • Location preference. London, UK

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling enterprise software services

  • knowledge of Pricing and Billing subject area (Preferably)
