What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
You will be responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements.
Your focus will be on IBM Infrastructure portfolio: Storage portfolio and Power Systems
You will create systems configurations based on customer requirements, offer product recommendations, that may present a better solution to the customer.
You will train sales reps and partner engineers on IBM Systems
You will keep up to date with new products that are introduced and maintain product certifications.
You will prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions and provide product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What are we looking for?
Excellent Storage skills in any brand (HPE, Dell, IBM..) and understanding of IT infrastructure
Good team player
Presentation skills as well as strong communication skills
Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
English business fluent
One of the Baltic languages required (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian)
