Account Manager – Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions

Location: Greater Hamburg, Germany

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany.

What You Can Expect:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory issues in the breast and skeletal health market.

  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Participate in regional and national trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Hologic’s products and brand awareness.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

What We Expect:

  • Previous sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the German healthcare system.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
