Description and Requirements
工作职责：
系统故障管理，报错处理和原因的调查研究，引导并负责问题回顾、问题分析和流程改善；
根据SLA（服务等级协议）跟踪任务进度及核查客户满意度；
参与系统问题相关的会议，和各组织的销售进行电话沟通，并解决上报的问题；
在各系统的使用上提出建议并落实改善意见；
与其他相关团队进行沟通并推动解决系统故障；
保持所有系统相关文档的实时更新，并确保各工作工具、销售网站和我们知识库的定期维护；
负责定期召开会议，和主要干系人保持紧密合作；
参加电话会议，并获取系统相关项目的其他大区(NA & EMEA)的信息；
对分配的项目提供支持，在技术和业务两方面确保项目成功上线；
引领团队进行系统测试。
任职要求：
对销售流程有全面透彻的了解 (有销售支持/销售运营/销售，Operation或客户服务经验）;
拥有系统故障管理/支持经验, 熟悉D365/SAP/SFDC系统，有操作/运维经验优先；
可以应对紧急或复杂问题，作为核心人物和IT及相关技术团队共同找出解决方案和问题根源；
支持过海外项目/客户，适应多元文化；
日语（书面及口语无障碍沟通，N1等同及以上）；英语（书面无障碍沟通，口语可简单交流，CET6等同及以上）；
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够清楚的向非IT人员简单清楚的描述复杂的系统问题和信息；
良好的逻辑思维，分析问题和解决问题的技能。
