Fujitsu Senior HR Business Partner in Canada

We are seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our Americas HR team to support people strategies in our Services Delivery organization. As an internal consultant, this position will execute workforce strategies and provide strategic support to key business leaders. The role is responsible for partnering with senior management to identify business needs and provide HR solutions to execute on our growth agenda. The position offers the opportunity for hybrid/remote work.

This dynamic role will enable you to:

• Partner with key business leaders to manage their organization effectively and position them for growth with a high level of employee engagement.

• Collaborate with talented teams of local and global COE professionals to execute and drive workforce strategies in talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people-risk management.

• Advise and aide in the creation of agile strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

• Participate in the development and implementation of various HR initiatives, programs, and policies to ensure successful alignment with business strategy.

• Introduce new HR initiatives, programs, policies, and practices to the business units you support.

• Act as a liaison between executives and people leaders and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.

• Advise and influence executive management on employee and organizational change initiatives.

• Use data analytics to provide insight to leaders as they drive organizational change and transformation.

• Partner with our talent management group to provide input on training needs to meet business objectives.

• Challenge yourself with new projects and programs as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources

• 10+ years of human resources generalist or functional expertise, preferably in an IT Services Delivery organization, or similar billable-hours industry.

• Experience implementing programs, leading change and transformation in a matrixed, global organization

• Proven ability to build solid, trusting, and credible business relationships

• Ability to influence and coach leaders through challenges

• Excellent verbal/written/presentation/facilitation communication skills

• Strong analytic skills along with mastery of Excel and Powerpoint

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR systems is a plus

• Prefer HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or equivalent) or advanced degree

• Experience in the high-tech industry is a plus

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $105,000.00 to $151,200.00 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
