Located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, W Brisbane is looking for an energetic and people-centric individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty. You are an outstanding leader who will be responsible for:
Provide positive leadership, development and training of the Welcome team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintain all Guest services and Welcome goals
Manage projects and ensure policies and procedures are adhered too
Foster a culture of engaged talent to ensure the success of the team
Control costs and wages through effective and timely rostering
Mentor and coach the team to continue to build the talent pipeline
Assist in all Welcome (Front Office) operations to support the team
Effective communication with the Welcome team and the great hotel team
Minimum 4 years' experience in a Rooms Division environment within an International Hotel Chain; 5-star/Lifestyle hotel experience preferred.
Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience across the Rooms Division field, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
