What You'll Be Doing:

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership across the region in understanding staffing requirements, being a trusted advisor and develop strategies to support the current and future demand.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring that each member is motivated and equipped with the skills necessary to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Strategic Planning: Apply accomplished business acumen to proactively support the needs of the business. Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term plans to effectively execute and achieve goals. Communicating strategy with appropriate stakeholder communities and develop innovative recruitment strategies to support the ever-changing talent landscape.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Tracking recruitment metrics and analyzing data to measure recruitment efficiency and identify gaps. Review, compare and contrast market data to internal data for improvement opportunities. Utilize data dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Technology Utilization and Implementation: Leveraging existing tools within the business effectively. Understanding of key recruiting and HR technologies and how they are integrated and exchange data. Research and exposure to current trends in technology and the advantages and security concerns. Implementation and change management of new technologies. Upgrading components of existing technologies.

  • Recruitment Marketing: Promoting the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent both inside and outside the company. Marketing to talent pools utilizing multiple platforms for targeted and enterprise activities aligned to the business strategy.

  • Nationalization: Engage on nationalization programs and develop a culture for your geography to support hiring.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Recruiting for the assigned geography.

  • Work closely with country HR teams to keep abreast of local labor laws and communicate changes to recruiters.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 12+ years of proven international recruitment experience.

  • 2+ years ofsuccessfullyleading a team.

  • Excellent management and leadership skills

  • Effective communication skills, critical thinking and ability to influence.

  • Embrace agility and maintainan open mindset that allows for changes in strategy and approaches to harness diverse perspectives and ideas

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.

  • A dynamic mindset characterized by a strong drive to take initiative, think creatively and embrace challenges turning these into opportunities through a solution driven approach.

  • Attention to detail and advanced organization skills.

  • Accomplished in developing stakeholder and candidate relationships.

  • Upholds the principles and values of the company and possessa high level of integrity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor degree from a recognized University or recognized HR qualification or certificate

  • Experience in engineering and construction recruitment or closely related.

  • Experience of working with advanced ATS systems, including Workday and Phenom.

  • Vision for embracing technology and AI to support with accelerating effectiveness across the department
