Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a talented *Marketing Manager * to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities. 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

The role requires to develop and implement the marketing strategies for the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets, social media activities to support brand positioning, and address hotel business needs. This exciting role will create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the hotel.

The right candidate will work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business needs, as required. Overseeing development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events and control marketing budgets by using resources effectively.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Ideally, to successfully fill this role, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work with 2 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys learning new things and working in a team environment. Must be flexible, willing to work smart, get along well with others and have the passion to go the extra mile to be a trusted advisor for their teams at all levels. Moreover candidates who have experience in the U.A.E. market, will have an advantage and fluency in English is a must & knowledge of Arabic language will be a plus.
