Your Day to Day
In a nutshell, as Bartender, you will provide prompt and courteous drink orders at the bar or through the bar servers whilst at the same time delivering a bespoke experience, use suggestive selling, take orders and serve them accordingly, reset tables, perform side work as required and perform cashiering function.
You will manage an efficiently operated outlet shift that is in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations; pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas; set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes; update temperature records and check the expiry dates.
You will ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed.

You'll report to the Outlet Manager, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.
The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ideally, we are looking to appoint a Bartender who has an outgoing personality. You should have an experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. It is preferable that you have received training in beverage service/ techniques; liquor, wines, mixes/ cocktails; customer service; and up selling.
