Are you a brand marketer obsessed with consumer and market insights to drive product and promotional innovation? We are on the look out for a Brand Manager for our global leading allergy relief brand- Telfast ! Reporting into the Zone Brand Lead, this role plays a significant contribution to the strategic direction and execution in the ANZ market. Working closely with both global and local teams across multiple functions and levels provides both exposure and endless development opportunities within the wider Sanofi CHC organisation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement brand strategies through the promotional mix and advertising, communications, go to market, packaging, claims and NPD to name a few

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to develop insights and strategies for brand activation initiatives

  • Interpret brand performance data, identify and prioritise strategies and actions to better deliver brand positioning and improve brand performance

  • Lead NPD projects to ensure on time and in budget

  • Manage agency partners and localise campaigns with regulatory advise

  • Work alongside the cross-functional teams and build solid working relationships with innovation, regulatory affairs, shopper, sales, finance and other Commercial Business units

  • Liaise with global and regional marketing teams to deliver breakthrough activations across advertising, communications, product experiences and more

  • Explore relevant digital partnership opportunities to drive customer engagement and identify, develop, and implement opportunities to extend the online brand presence

  • Perform critical administrative duties including tracking and monitoring results of each activation, adherence to budget and brand performance reports

About you

Experience :

  • Several years in Brand Marketing positions in the Consumer Health or FMCG industries- global organisation preferred.

  • Project Management of NPD pipelines

  • Proven experience in consumer led marketing and working with multifunctional teams- digital and Performance marketing a bonus!

Soft and technical skills :

  • Technical skills: Highly analytical and data orientated to interpret brand performance data and Insights

  • Soft Skills: Eye for detail and ability to accurately complete administrative tasks

  • Outstanding communication skills to partner with multifunctional teams globally and locally

  • Agility in working to changing environments and autonomy

Education :

  • Bachelor Degree – Marketing, Business or a similar discipline is desirable

Language:

  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English
