Job Description
The Role
In this role, you will work on projects related to Micro Array technology. This includes A) implementation of assay changes, B) troubleshooting reagent issues C) technology improvement and optimization. Our team works in close collaboration with manufacturing, QC, and QA locally and with R&D colleagues globally. We will challenge you scientifically and offer opportunities to expand your experience in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, data analysis, and QA. Your work will have direct and significant impact on the products manufactured at our site and used by a wide range of customers globally. We empower our teams to put science into meaningful action and give our R&D colleagues the autonomy, resources, and tools they need.
Key Responsibilities
Independently plan, design and run laboratory experiments.
Execute tasks related to product/method development, improvement, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Analyze data and experimental results, provide scientific interpretation and conclusions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
Implement changes into current assays, align requirements with the collaborators, and update documentation.
Troubleshoot reagent-related issues, identify root cause, propose, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Continuously improve hands-on experience with relevant laboratory methods.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in our team as well as colleagues in other sites.
Manage administrative tasks required for work in the laboratory. (Ordering reagents, maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness and order in the lab, etc.)
Requirements for Qualification / Education / Experience
MSc degree in life sciences or similar.
Practical experience with the main molecular biology laboratory techniques.
Ability to design, plan, and run experiments efficiently.
Ability to analyze experimental results and draw scientific conclusions.
Good presentation skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with common Microsoft applications and general PC tasks.
Good English.

Competitive salary from 2180 to 3270 EUR – depending on experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €26 200,00–€39 250,00.
