As a member of the Capillary Electrophoresis product optimization group, you will work on projects related to Capillary electrophoresis (CE) technology. This includes R&D, troubleshooting and operations projects with the goal to support manufacturing, implement changes and optimize operational procedures. This position will challenge you scientifically and offer opportunities to expand your experience in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, data analysis and quality control. Your work will have direct and meaningful real-world impact on the products manufactured at our site and used by a wide range of customers globally.
What will you do?
With the help of colleagues, plan, design and execute laboratory experiments
Presents proposals and project updates when required
Participates in development of analytical methods
Maintains in-depth knowledge of relevant fields and techniques
Participates with a team in validation / verification of analytical methods
With the help of colleagues, prepare documents (SOP’s, instructions, plans and reports of methods development and qualification) using background in the field
Work with operations team to ensure timely product delivery to customers
Training of new colleagues
Improve existing products, related processes and technologies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
BSc/ MSc in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering or related field
Demonstrates skill in all relevant laboratory procedures and use of equipment
Analyzes experimental data, and effectively explains conclusions. Designs and executes follow-on experiments together with a team
Maintains an accurate and detailed lab notebook
Knowledge in statistical methods would be an advantage
Highly motivated to work in high pace environment, committed to complete all tasks on time
Possess strong team skills in a collaborative and transparent working environment
Respect, understand, and value individual differences
Fluent English
The annual minimum and maximum salary range is €20,700.00 to €27,600.00, respectively.
This translates to a monthly salary range of approximately €1,725.00 to €2,300.00 before taxes.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €20,700.00–€27,600.00.
