ThermoFisher Scientific Quality Assurance specialist (QA Support) (Fixed-term) in Vilnius, Lithuania

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensures VS (Value Stream) critical deviations, customer complaints are investigated and resolved.

  • Participates in risk assessments, change control, and validation activities related processes.

  • Assists in ensuring the quality of VS processes by conducting quality Gemba walks and providing ideas for processes improvements.

  • Supports all VS projects (PPI projects, Kaizen, Just-do-it, NPI and technology transfers).

  • Together with VS participates in customer audits and helps with preparation.

  • Solve problems and manage crises effectively and independently.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • University Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, genomics, or similar fields.

  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality standards.

  • Excellent attention to details, problem solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 800,00–€35 650,00.
